Novus Convert is operated by Novus Stream Solutions, a sole proprietorship trading as Novus Stream Solutions in London, Ontario, Canada. As a Canadian operator we handle personal information in line with PIPEDA and applicable Ontario law.

Local files
Eligible files are decoded and encoded on your own device by WebAssembly engines running inside your browser tab. Their contents, names, and metadata are not transmitted to us. There is no server-side conversion pipeline and no upload endpoint for file processing.
Unsupported formats
Files without an active local conversion route are not transmitted for processing. The interface reports that the type is unsupported.
Analytics
After consent, Google Analytics may process page visits, device and browser details, approximate location, referrer information, and interactions. File contents, filenames, extracted text, and document metadata are never sent to Google Analytics.
Advertising
This site shows display and native ads served by Adsterra. Starting a file export also opens Adsterra's sponsor page in a new browser tab. Adsterra may set cookies or use similar identifiers to serve, frequency-cap, and measure ads. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, advertising does not run until you accept non-essential storage. Elsewhere — including Canada — advertising runs by default and you can turn it off at any time with Manage cookies in the footer. Legal and consent pages carry no advertising. Your country is determined from your connection at page load and is not stored or used for anything else. File contents and filenames are never shared with Adsterra.
Children
This site is a general-purpose file tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete anything we hold.
