Bug reports
The most useful conversion report names the input format, the output you chose, the file size, your browser, and the exact error message shown under the file. Never attach confidential files to a first email — describe them instead, and we will arrange a safe way to reproduce the issue if needed.
Security disclosures
Report suspected vulnerabilities to convert@novusstreamsolutions.com with “security” in the subject line. Do not include exploit payloads or sensitive source files in the initial message; we acknowledge good-faith reports and prioritize verified issues.
Feature and format requests
Requests for new conversion routes are weighed by daily usefulness and whether the format can be processed privately in the browser. Reference-only formats in the directory are the current wish list — a note about your use case helps prioritize them.
